Alinement Network is an online magazine that discusses enterprise management issues from a holistic and pragmatic perspective. We aim to provide a globally accessible space for blogs, articles and commentary to stimulate and advance the latest management thinking and how to implement it successfully.

It is a conscious decision to make Alinement Network a community site with multiple voices and a healthy democracy of viewpoints that include practitioners, consultants and academics. Our shared goal is to contribute to and synthesize the different popular management approaches and techniques into a unified and coherent knowledgebase that is appropriate and applicable to the real-world business environment. To advance our cause of establishing a Grand Unified Theory (GUT) of Management we have established the following guidelines to help us decide what content is appropriate and what is not. We believe that these guidelines will help to make the editorial process a clearer one both for our writers and readers.

We encourage content on enterprise management and business transformation, including:
- Opinion pieces
- Reviews and commentary
- Well-researched, timely articles
- News reports on industry events
- Accessible summarries of recent research
- Stories on people or projects working to implement new management approaches or technologies

Content authors must ensure that all content is original material created by the author, unless proper attribution is given to a third party. If other sources are quoted, the source must be cited and the quote must be within fair use. For a clear definition of proper attribution and fair use, please see The Electronic Frontier Foundation's Legal Guide for Bloggers.

Content must be consistent and adhere to the agreement and the highest editorial standards. The Alinement Network, in its sole discretion, will determine what constitutes Unacceptable Content under these Editorial Standards. The publisher reserves the right to change these standards at any time.
